    Good to know I’m on track with a couple of them. Just started with the CoQ10 last week. Hoping to find that perfect magic mix soon. Thanks for posting this!

    I take a multivitamin these days as I was getting too stressed taking so many of them as individual even though I’ve read that is better to do but it adds up taking so many things!!

    I also add flaxseeds/hemp seeds to my food daily and make sure I get enough selenium/vitamin D too. Also starting getting coq10 or whatever only the so called RDA as it costs sooooooooooooooo much!!!!!

    Only one I don’t do is super food greens.

    I just bought a probiotic to see if it helps my stomach issues
